The Board of Selectmen seeks residents to review the 2016 Government Study White Paper Report and report on progress made and further changes that should be considered.
The Government Study Review Committee will consist of 7 members appointed by the Board of Selectmen. The Committee with work with Department Heads, Elected Boards and Town Counsel to review the town's current governmental model and make recommended updates to the Governmental Study Report commissioned in 2016. The Committee will consider changes that were recommended but not implemented and report on barriers that inhibited implementation.
Those interested in serving on this committee should submit a Talent Bank Form to Executive Assistant Mary Devlin at Mary.Devlin@townofcharlton.net. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. Priority consideration will be given to those who apply before March 2, 2022.
